Quick and Eazy Chicken Fry



Ingredients

1. Chicken - 1/2 kg
2. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Chilli powder - 2 tsp
5. Salt - to taste
6. Oil 
7. Curry leaves

Methods

1. Firstly, cut the into small pieces. Wash the chicken thoroughly and drain the excess water from the chicken.
2. Transfer the chicken pieces into a bowl, then 2 - 5 ingredients and mix it well. 
3. Then cover it and keep a side marinated chicken for at at least 20 minutes.
4. After the marination, heat a fry pan and pour some oil for frying.
5. When the oil is heat, place the chicken pieces carefully and add some curry leaves.
6. Then close the fry pan with the lid and shallow fry in the medium flame.
7. When the one side of the chicken is cooked, then flip over and cook the other side.
8. When the both sides of the chicken are cooked, transfer the chicken to a serving plate.
