Easy Beef fry


Ingredients
1. Beef (chuck roast preferred) - 500gm, cut into small pieces
2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
3. Corriander powder - 1 tbsp
4. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
5. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
7. Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
8. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
9. Salt - To taste
10. Water - 1/2 cup 
11. Coconut oil - for frying
12. Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp

Method 
  1. Clean and cut beef into small pieces, drain excess water from the beef.
  2. Transfer the beef to a pressure cooker and add  2 - 9 ingredients and mixed well.
  3. Pour water and pressure cook for 2 or 3 whistle on medium flame. 
  4. When the pressure goes off, open the pressure cooker and if there are any excess juices, cook till it is dried up completely.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the cooked beef. Give it a good stir.
  6. Maintain medium flame until the beef becomes dry and crisp.
  7. Finally add chilli flakes (if you would like it more spicy add 1/2 tsp pepper as well)        
  8. Serve with poratta or ghee rice and enjoy your tasty beef fry!
