Quick and Easy Egg Dry Masala
Ingredients
1. Egg - 3
2. garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
3. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
5. Corridor powder - 3/4 tbsp
6. Chilli powder - 1 tbs
7. Salt - to taste
8. Mustard - 1 tbsp
9. Oil - 2 tbsp
10. Water - 1/2 cup
Method
1. Boil the Eggs, remove the shells and cut into half. Keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste.
5. When it's start to turn brown, reduce the flame and add 4 - 7 ingredients and mix it well. Add water also.
6. When the water is boiled, add eggs with the yolk facing down.
7. After the water dried up turn of the flame and serve with chappathi or Appam.
