Crispy Kallumakkaya Fry /Mussels Fry
lngredients
1. Kallumakkaya/ Mussels - 100gm (after cleaning)
2. Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbs
3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Rice flour - 1 tsp
5. Vinegar - 1 tsp

6. Salt - to taste
7. Oil - 3 tbs
3. Take a bowl, transfer the cleaned Mussels, add 2 - 7 ingredients and mix it well. Keep it aside for atleast 30 minutes.
4. Then take a pan for frying. Heat oil and fry the marinated Mussels. Shallow fry is good enough.
5. When the Mussels are cooked, transfer to a serving plate.
Enjoy your tasty and crispy Mussels fry.
7. Oil - 3 tbs
Method
1. Wash and clean the Mussels well and place them in a pot with enough water and boil till the shells are open (if you've bought Mussels without shells, then skip to step 3).
2. Drain all the water and scoop out the Mussels from the shell, clean the dirt and remove the black part from the bottom of the Mussels well.3. Take a bowl, transfer the cleaned Mussels, add 2 - 7 ingredients and mix it well. Keep it aside for atleast 30 minutes.
4. Then take a pan for frying. Heat oil and fry the marinated Mussels. Shallow fry is good enough.
5. When the Mussels are cooked, transfer to a serving plate.
