Pazham Vilayichathu / Banana Coconut Fry




Ingredients 

1. Nenthra pazham (Kerala banana) - 2
2. Ghee - 1tbs
3. Sugar - 4 tbs
4. Grated coconut - 4 tbs
5. Cashew nuts (chopped) - 2 tsp
6. Badam (chopped) - 2 tsp

Method

1. Cut the bananas into small pieces and keep it aside.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add 1 tsp cashew nuts and 1 tsp badam. Saute them until golden colour, transfer to a bowl and keep it aside. 
3. To the same pan add banana, sugar and saute it well.
4. When sugar is melted and banana turned light brown colour, then add grated coconut and mix it well.
5. Finally add a mix of raw and fried badam and cashew nuts and nicely mix it.
6. Turn off the flame and transfer to the serving plate.

    Enjoy your sweet and crunchy pazham villayichathu.
